L Drill!



This week we continued to learn more about vectors. In this picture, there are a bunch of vectors. This route is made up of vectors. Vectors explain "which way" and "how much".  If you didn't know, this is a picture of a drill called "the L-Drill". A lot of athletes may do this drill for conditioning as it does helps enhance a players quickness and footwork. In physics terms this picture says, from the starting point, shuffle 5 yards West, sprint 5 yards East, then crossover run 10 yards West, then sprint 5 yards North, then backpeddle south 5 yards, then sprint 10 yards North through cone number 5.
